Behind Oron Consulting’s steady, faith-rooted approach is Felesia Muyia‑Odada—a seasoned Senior Social Development Leader with over 17 years of experience shaping, managing, and scaling high‑impact programs across East Africa. Her work spans civil society strengthening, governance, localization, gender equality, and strategic advisory leadership at the highest levels.
Felesia has stewarded over $50 million in development initiatives, led USAID’s flagship localization program, secured multi‑million‑dollar donor funding, and helped more than 100 grassroots organizations build the systems, confidence, and clarity needed to influence policy and create lasting change. Her leadership blends academic rigor, deep community insight, and a commitment to justice grounded in faith.
